Cell phone charging issue? Android or Apple both brands have issue related to charging, for Apple I see pocket lint cloggin up the charging port or damaged charging chip from a bad charger. For Samsung device i see damaged inside the port with bent or broken pins or moisture warning sign ⚠️ from a over sensitive thermistor, which cause the phone not to charge and if it does charge the phone needs to be powered off, but then it charges slow and never gets to 100%.
